If your machine is damaged in shipment, we will either send you the required parts at our expense for shipping OR issue a call tag at our expense and send you a replacement machine. 6. PRODUCT: We only carry and sell the newest models. We do not re-sell machines that were previously sold and we do not handle any machines that did not come directly from the Ginza Strip in Tokyo. We buy our machines direct from Tokyo and we pick the cleanest and best machines and we pay a premium to get only the very best.
